We’re looking for a Forward Deploy Engineer who turns business problems into working products using AI agents as the primary tool for software development.
You’ll take ownership from understanding the problem to deploying and improving the solution. You’ll investigate existing systems, identify opportunities, define scope, orchestrate AI agents, and make sure the result delivers real value.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
- The ability to delegate substantial engineering tasks to AI agents and critically evaluate their output.
- Experience shipping and maintaining production software, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Product thinking: you understand business needs, prioritize value, and know when not to build something.
- Ownership and initiative: you can move from an ambiguous problem to a working solution without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work directly with customers and users.
- Experience launching your own products or building SaaS applications.
- Experience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
- Experience automating business processes and integrating enterprise systems.
- A track record of independently taking projects from idea to production.
- English at B2–C1 level, Russian at C1–C2 level or native proficiency.
