Role and Responsibilities
Development of solutions under limited guidance of team / senior staff based on provided user stories. Solution must:
○ Meet our clients development standards
○ Contain appropriate automated testing
○ Meet acceptance criteria (defined in user story)
Should be able to break down user stories into technical tasks and deliverables
○ Able to provide appropriate timelines for those deliverables
○ Able to understand how updates affect existing system
Should have proactive participation in the DevOps process and team meetings
Including scheduling feedback sessions
Must be able to produce and understand technical documentation
Must be able to identify and proactively address gaps in own knowledge
Should be able to assist the team in overcoming development issues
Required Experience & Qualifications
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
4+ years combined commercial development experience"
