Key requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields

- Fluent or Advanced in English, Russian

- Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ITIL, PMBOK)

- Proven more than 5 years of experience as an IT Manager

- IT Certififcations are prefered

- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
