We are looking for a ReactJS developers for a full-time position, remotely, long-term.
We are ready to consider from Strong Junior, up to Senior candidates.
The main requirements for an ideal Middle:
- More than 3 years of practical experience with web standards: HTML, CSS, JS, and React;
- Understanding of web technologies and W3C standards, as well as of programming concepts and web architecture;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs;
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript;
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model;
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux, Mobx);
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
The main requirements for an ideal Senior:
- More than 5 years of practical experience with web standards: HTML, CSS, JS, and at least 2 years with React;
- Understanding of web technologies and W3C standards, as well as of programming concepts and web architecture;
- Experience in writing unit-tests to validate the code based on functional specs;
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model;
- Through understanding of React.js and its core principles;
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux, Mobx);
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools;
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Nice to have for Middles:
- UX and UI understanding and use of best practices;
- Knowledge of Design patterns and data structures.
Nice to have for Seniors:
- Mentoring and technical leading skills;
- UX and UI understanding and use of best practices;
- Knowledge of Design patterns and data structures.
IMPORTANT: The project itself is an Adult Chat. Which handle daily about 3-4 Millions of users. (Yes, per day it’s not a mistake) With more than 40K active streams, at any point of time. The amount of work is very high, so we need some extra hands on it. We care only about the downtime, so you for sure we’ll enjoy our friendly team.
You’ll work along with 50+ other developers, with main working timezone: GMT+2/GMT+3 (Summer Time).
The hiring process is next:
- A first short call with our C-level to meet each other. (About 30 mins.)
- Second call with our HR and one of our managers. (About 60 mins.)
- Third technical interview to test a bit of your knowledge. (About 90 mins.)
- The job offer itself and the contract to sign.
The expected time to start is ASAP but we are ready to wait for you up to 2-4 weeks, after our last interview.
