Обязанности:

Coaching the team and organisation on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values;

Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies;

Agile Maturity assessment of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity; Continuously collaborate with PO and Business with focus on increasing business value;

Continuously help the team to become self-organized and cross functional;

Regular one on one with team members and follow-up on motivation and personal growth;

Требования:

2+ years of experience working in Agile environment;

1+ years of Scrum Master experience for one or multiple teams;

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;

Experience in building an agile guild within the organization;

Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, DoR, DoD, CI/CD, Agile Games, Pair programming, Test automation;

Experience in improvising different types of agile ceremony types to increase team motivation;

Excellent English language skills
