We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our remote team and help us deliver reliable, high-quality web product.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to identify issues early, improve product quality, and ensure a smooth user experience across our web applications.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform manual testing of web applications
- Design and maintain test scenarios, checklists, and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory testing
- Investigate issues, reproduce defects, and provide clear bug reports
- Use browser DevTools to analyze network requests, console errors, cookies, storage, and page behavior
- Verify fixes and ensure issues do not reappear
- Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices
- Help identify risks and edge cases before they affect users
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong experience testing web applications
- A sharp eye for detail and a user-focused approach to quality
- Good understanding of web technologies and web development principles
- Confident use of browser Developer Tools
- Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, browser storage, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools
- Ability to write clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
