As our fearless front-end developer, will work hand in hand with our team. You will join our tech team of back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and our leadership team. You will ensure that all elements of our web app are consistent, easily usable, and visually inspiring. This requires excellent verbal and written English communication. You will be working with an international team with different kinds of people with diverse backgrounds, all with a passion for changing the world. We use an innovative approach and asynchronous communication so that you can keep up with what’s going on at the company without needing to jump on calls at odd hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Continue the front end code base from our half way point. You'll get a walk through of the existing code base.
-Help determine the structure and logic of the web app.
-Develop new features to enhance the user experience.
-Implement innovative and novel legal technologies that unlock worker and company potential worldwide.
-Ensure design is optimized for smartphones.
-Build reusable code for future use.
-Optimize the web app for maximum speed and scalability.
-Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.
-Excellent English verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work autonomously
Good to have:
-Degree in computer science or related field.
-Good problem-solving and logic skills.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Understanding of key design principles.
-Experience with Figma inspector.
-Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
