Senior .NET Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer based in Kyrgyzstan to join a distributed team from Poland, Bulgaria, and Lithuania. You will become part of a large and long‑term project — a cloud‑based SaaS platform trusted by 13,000+ public‑sector agencies worldwide. The platform supports the entire HR lifecycle and processes large-scale operational data flows. Your work will focus on shaping, transforming, and optimizing these data streams for reporting, analytics, and automation. The project has existed for 12+ years — stable, mature, and actively evolving with modern AI‑driven capabilities.
