Questions about posting jobs

Is it a subscription or a payment per job?

There's no subscription. You pay once for the post and your chosen extras. A job stays published for 30 days, then moves to the archive.

Does raising a job in the feed cost extra?

No, it's free. You can move your job post back to the top of the feed once a day. Moving your job post to the top restarts its publication period.

When will my listing appear on the website?

After the website reviews it. Sometimes additional moderation is needed. This helps maintain the quality of listings on DevKG.

Are there discounts for companies that post jobs often?

Yes. Company packages give you 10–15% in bonus credits. You can use them for job postings, event listings and extra options within 12 months.

Can legal entities make payments?

Online payment is available now, and you can also send your accountant a payment link. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice isn't available yet, but it's planned for the near future.

Can I sign a contract?

Yes. Companies and sole proprietors in Kyrgyzstan can enter into a written contract. To do this, select “I need a written contract” when creating a company.

Can I edit or close my job after publishing?

Yes. You can edit or close your job post at any time in My jobs.

What should I prepare?

The role, responsibilities, essential skills, pay and work arrangement. Add the technologies and application method for an IT position.

Does posting guarantee a hire?

No. DevKG provides the selected placement; results depend on the role's terms and candidates' interest.
