What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkey.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners, media buying teams, and traffic networks.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnerships across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other cooperation models.
- Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and key business metrics.
- Analyze affiliate activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner performance and maximize results.
- Stay up to date with local market trends, competitors, and emerging traffic sources.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, Gambling, Betting, or a closely related vertical.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships.
- Experience working with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and other affiliate payment models.
- Existing network of affiliates and industry contacts is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English or Russian is required.
- Knowledge of Turkish, Kyrgyz, Tajik, or other local languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
