As our Affiliate Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and improving our network of

affiliate partners, expanding our demand channels, and significantly increasing marketplace

transactions. You’ll manage the entire affiliate lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to

optimizing performance and fostering long-term revenue growth through strategic, performance-

based partnerships.


Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance

marketing.

• Deep understanding of performance-based compensation models (CPA, CPL, revenue

share).

• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, various tracking platforms, and

attribution systems.

• A strong track record of successfully recruiting and scaling affiliate partners that deliver

measurable revenue growth.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-

driven optimization decisions.

• Fluent English required for daily reporting and partner relationship management.

• High ownership mindset, demonstrating the ability to independently build and optimize

processes in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

• Strategize & Grow: Develop and execute a robust strategy to build and grow a diverse

pipeline of affiliates across content, paid media, influencer marketing, email databases,

adjacent companies, coaching companies, and similar businesses with overlapping

audiences.

• Manage & Close: Identify, prospect, outreach, and close affiliate partnership

agreements with clear performance-based compensation models (CPA, CPL, revenue

share).

• Onboard & Support: Seamlessly onboard new affiliates, providing them with essential

tracking links, compelling creatives, product education, and expert guidance for

performance optimization.

• Monitor & Optimize: Daily monitoring of affiliate performance, actively optimizing traffic

quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• Recruit & Innovate: Continuously identify and recruit new high-potential affiliate

segments that align with our marketplace model and growth objectives.

• Engage & Incentivize: Launch engaging campaigns, promotions, and incentive

programs to boost affiliate engagement and drive revenue.

• Collaborate & Enhance: Work closely with our product and marketing teams to improve

affiliate funnels, optimize landing pages, and ensure precise tracking accuracy.

• Analyze & Scale: Track key affiliate metrics including volume, quality, revenue, and

retention, leveraging data to identify and scale top-performing partners.


Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling tech company.

• An existing affiliate network within the real estate, home services, or lead generation

verticals.

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools such as Impact, Partnerize, Everflow, or HasOffers.

• A background in marketplace, SaaS, or performance-driven digital businesses.
