We are looking for an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual operations, and enable scalable self-service workflows.
The Automation Project Manager leads the strategy, planning, and execution of automation programs designed to streamline operations and enable repeatable, secure, and scalable workflows across teams.
This role partners closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to identify automation opportunities and convert them into production-ready solutions. You will manage automation roadmaps, prioritize workflows, and oversee delivery of orchestration engines, integrations, and UI-driven automation platforms.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives across multiple teams and systems
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Define automation roadmaps, workflows, and delivery plans aligned with business goals
- Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and execution in Agile/Scrum environments
- Coordinate development of orchestration engines, integrations, and self-service automation tools
- Ensure automation solutions meet reliability, security, and compliance requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Track delivery progress, manage risks, and communicate outcomes clearly

- 3–5+ years of project management experience in software or technology environments
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Expert-level experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- Previous hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams across time zones
- Client-facing consulting or professional services background
- Experience in restaurant or retail technology domains
