The startup has stable funding. You can propose and implement your own solutions.

30 people. There are 3 developers in the backend team. Minimum bureaucracy/ VMI packages/ Training/ Burnout protection/

Salary ($3.5-6k) depending on your skills. Remote. There is a package of startup shares for the team leader. Respond, we will discuss the task pool. We guarantee feedback after the response.
