We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data, developing strategies, and providing insights to optimize our business processes and improve performance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain business process documentation.
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor and track business metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.
