Ptolemay is a full-cycle IT development outsourcing company for Western and Middle Eastern businesses and startups. We are looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to mantain and refine the process of lead generation, sales, marketing strategy, as well as mentoring the workflow process.
Responsibilities:
- Elaborate business development plans, design and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition;
- Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and other business and project partners;
- Drive prospects through to contract award (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, software, etc.);
- Develop marketing strategy, and manage proposal teams and client account managers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in lead generation,1+ year in sales, 1+ year in a management position;
- Fluent English;
- Readiness to work in the U.S. time zone.
We offer:

- 1000-2000$;
- 3% for each transaction of a closed lead by the team, 10% for each transaction of a personally closed contract (The average contract for 12 months of work is $150,000).
