DevX is looking for a motivated candidate to join our Customer Success department in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan for a two-months long internship. The Customer Success intern will collaborate with the CS Manager to assist with the bootcamp and company database needs. A successful internship completion may result in a full-time offer.

The Customer Success department is an important part of the team responsible for increasing customer retention, preventing churn, building loyalty, and expanding satisfaction with the product. During the internship, the candidate will:
- Act as the point of contact for first-line questions from students
- Keep communications with students via Slack (Help chat in Slack)
- Work with payment renewal each month (announcements, calls, emails)
- Onboarding, and offboarding processes for KG students
- Announcements, reminders, and notifications for students (preparing and sending)
- Prepare surveys, and analyze them
- Work closely with the internal team, course leads, students, and ambassadors
- English is required – intermediate level minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer success is preferred, but not required
- Strong demonstrated experience in relationship building with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving
