We are looking for an entry level Customer Support Representative / Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team at Custom Product Builder App.
It's an Ecommerce plugin, so desire to work in Ecommerce is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- creating custom products using provided images, assets & information from the client. Products will be similar to the products from the demos link above.
- helping onboard new users
- answering customer questions
- finding related articles and support documentation
- recording explanatory videos when necessary.
- preparing demos for users
- escalating tasks to appropriate team members
- working on other support related tasks assigned by Account Managers.
- collaborating with the other team members on estimates.
Requirements:
- Intermediate+ English: writing + speaking.
- Basic experience with Photoshop preferred
- Basic experience or interest in E-commerce Industry
