A Silicon Valley-based startup - KODIF - is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Tech Lead / Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Bishkek.

We have a growing team of 20+ employees. Founders are repeat founders, former senior engineer from Uber, Stanford MBA, and ex-Plug & Play.
You'll be part of a small team that moves fast, values transparency and ownership, and focuses on making an impact.
You'll have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software.
Customer logos include GoodEggs, ByteApp (YC/Floodgate backed), ReserveBar, NomNomNow (sold to Mars for 1 billion $), Trustwallet, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products and solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices within the team.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical innovation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in software development.
Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, with a track record of delivering successful projects and products.
Strong technical skills, with expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Java, Python, React.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (Tech Coworking)
Work Schedule: on-site 5 days a week, 10 am - 6 pm with some night calls
Competitive salary starting at $3,000 per month.
