We are looking for a manager and future head of the financial management department between three legal entities: in Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore for the growing marketplaces of online courses sacrill.com and edston.com

On sites, authors publish their online courses in video format, then users buy them like books in a bookstore.
Courses are presented in English, Spanish and Russian. Authors and buyers live primarily in North America, South America, Europe and Russia.
We have 150,000+ clients worldwide and 400+ self-improvement courses ranging from yoga, meditation, massage to applied psychology and other essential life skills.
We are a multinational team with roots in the CIS with an established culture of remote work. We mainly communicate in Russian, but some of the video calls will be in English.
Opportunity to take a financial management position in a growing international company
The position implies career growth and an option in the company with growth (percentage of the organization's profit).
Key target for the position:
- Ensure transparency of financial management in a growing project
Key tasks:
- Regular financial reporting
- Accounting and balancing finances between bank accounts
- Search for finance optimization points
Processes to be taken under your control:
- Building PNL in one plate for three legal entities
- Monthly balance sheets
- Connecting new acquiring companies, maintaining relationships with managers
- Calculation and payment of salaries to employees, authors and contractors
- Tax accounting (together with accounting companies)
- Collection of documents for audit for companies in Hong Kong and Singapore
- Analysis of the actual return on investment in subprojects and directions
- Creation of contracts, policies (privacy policy, terms of use, etc.) for projects
- Allocation of budgets for different lines of business
- (in the future) Accompany the opening and support of a legal entity and accounts in the USA
The experience we want to see you have:
- You have built PNL, balance sheets for companies sized 20-100 employees
- You have experience working with international legal entities. Not necessarily specifically with our countries.
