We are looking for an experienced engineer based in Kyrgyzstan to join a distributed team from Poland, Bulgaria, and Lithuania. You will become part of a large and long‑term project — a cloud‑based SaaS platform trusted by 13,000+ public‑sector agencies worldwide. The platform supports the entire HR lifecycle and processes large-scale operational data flows. Your work will focus on shaping, transforming, and optimizing these data streams for reporting, analytics, and automation.
The project has existed for 12+ years — stable, mature, and actively evolving with modern AI‑driven capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable backend services in C# / .NET Core.
- Develop modern frontend interfaces using Angular.
- Implement AI‑powered features: document search, AI agents, MCPs, chat completions, and other LLM‑based capabilities.
- Work daily with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
- Apply architectural approaches such as DDD, CQRS, and asynchronous patterns.
- Build modular, scalable, and maintainable AI‑driven features.
- Participate in the entire feature lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Work in a Shift‑Left engineering environment
- B2 level of English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience building complex, responsive applications with Angular.
- Practical experience integrating or developing features using LLMs.
- Active daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Strong understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and enterprise architecture patterns.
