Full-time Senior Data/AI Engineer (Remote)

RetentiveLabs.ai is looking for an experienced Senior Data/AI Engineer to join our team full-time. If you’re passionate about modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and Generative AI, this is the role for you!

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines across a variety of platforms.

• Work with modern data technologies like Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, and Databricks.

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop and integrate GenAI solutions.

• Create Streamlit demos using LangChain and OpenAI to showcase cutting-edge AI capabilities.

• Leverage cloud infrastructure from AWS, Azure, and GCP to support data solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, and ETL processes.

• Expertise with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Interest in Generative AI applications and working with LLMs.

• Familiarity with or curiosity about LangChain and OpenAI for demo creation.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
