Requirements:

- 3+ years in full-cycle B2B sales

- Build and execute marketing & outreach strategy (LinkedIn, email, events, webinars, etc.)

- Lead full-cycle B2B sales: from first contact and demos to negotiation and closing

- Develop client partnerships: drive long-term success and natural upsell through value

- Own and optimize the growth budget with a data-driven mindset

- Leverage your IT project/product experience to navigate complex client needs

- Attend events, grow our network, and constantly test acquisition hypotheses

- Use AI tools (LLMs, etc.) to accelerate growth

- English: C1, Russian: B2
