The Role: Your Mission
Your primary mission is to turn hypotheses into contracts. You will build and scale our entire client acquisition machine from the ground up. You will have the autonomy to influence every part of the process, from the first cold email to a signed, long-term partnership.
Required Experience
- Marketing & Outreach: Take full ownership of the strategy. You will work together with the marketing team, validate creative concepts, and align our efforts to drive results. Your channels will include LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, events—whatever you determine is most effective. Experience managing marketing/outreach budgets with a deep analytical approach is a plus.
- Full-Cycle В2В Sales: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales is required. You will drive leads through the entire funnel: from the first contact and product demos (which you'll run independently or with a product manager) to negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Client Partnership & Growth (Account Management & Upselling): A closed deal is just the beginning. Your mission is to become a true strategic partner for our clients. This means diving deep into their business to ensure they are wildly successful with our platform. You will proactively identify and introduce new capabilities of our product that will help them accelerate their growth even further. For us, an upsell isn't a sales tactic; it's the natural outcome of a client succeeding and wanting more value.
- The Growth Budget: You will independently manage the growth budget, analyzing the effectiveness of every dollar spent. We expect smart, data-driven decisions.
- IT Project Management Experience: You don't just understand the industry - you've lived in it. Proven, hands-on experience managing IT projects and experience with large-scale, complex products or teams are significant advantages.
- Networking & Hypothesis Generation: You will actively attend events, expand our network, and constantly test new ideas for client acquisition in collaboration with the team.
- AI-Powered Approach: You are an "LLM Power User" who is fluent in modern technologies and know how to leverage them for growth.
- Language proficiency: English at C1 level, Russian at B2 level.
