IT Manager
The candidate will join the IT team that has the responsibility to manage business critical
services. The IT team as service owner will be first support level. Candidate will be able to
understand business requirements, monitor health status of the service and perform day by
day activities. Candidate will involve supplier and colleagues from worldwide team in
escalation processes.
The candidate should have:
Professional skills:
Working experience on Windows based environments
o Windows 2016 installation and troubleshooting
o Active Directory and DNS management
o IIS configuration and troubleshooting
o Hyper-V management and troubleshooting
o Remote Desktop technology knowledge
Knowledge and management skills of Linux OS (RedHat Enterprise Linux)
Knowledge and management skills of Oracle RDBMS
o it is recommended to gain the following skills: database performance tuning,
advanced troubleshooting using enterprise tools like Oracle Enterprise
Manager
Basic knowledge firewalling and networking
Experience in High Availability and Mission Critical Architectures
Familiar with backup software policy and disaster recovery procedures
Confidence with the security issues and performance analysis in an enterprise
distributed environment
