Our IT company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and promotion of our IT product in both local and international markets.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategy;
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research;
- Monitor key metrics and continuously improve product performance;
- Present the product to clients and partners;
- Manage internal and external product documentation (English/Russian).
💼 Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Strong understanding of digital/IT product development (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.);
- Confident English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — must-have;
- Experience with user interviews, requirements gathering, and writing a product backlog;
- Strong analytical and metric-driven approach;
- Strategic thinking, goal orientation, and strong teamwork skills.
✅ Nice to have:
- Experience promoting products to international markets;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Technical background (e.g. experience in development or QA).
