About the Role
Inclusive Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple large-scale software, cloud, and observability initiatives for one of our major enterprise clients in the global food-service industry.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams across time zones while delivering complex technical projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, sprint schedules, and stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, data, and architecture.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the main point of coordination between internal engineering teams and the enterprise client.
• Facilitate technical discussions, requirement gathering, and alignment sessions.
• Provide weekly status updates, risk logs, blockers, and delivery insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear engineering tasks.
Technical Oversight
• Support engineering teams in understanding requirements for:
• Observability & monitoring platforms
• Automation workflows
• Data modeling and integration
• Cloud-native architecture
• Web services, APIs, and microservices
• Review technical documentation and ensure architectural consistency.
Process Optimization
• Implement agile methodologies, sprint ceremonies, and delivery best practices.
• Establish documentation standards, knowledge bases, and process workflows.
• Improve team productivity across regions (Chicago, Bishkek, Tashkent, Istanbul).

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–7 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing software development and cloud-based projects.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices (APIs, automation, DevOps, cloud, microservices).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.

• Familiarity with SOW execution, milestone-based delivery, and compliance.
