Kanda CA is looking for an experienced IT Recruiters to come on board and support our operation across different countries.

What You’ll Do

Create a pipeline of candidates for various technology roles
Take care of candidates’ full recruitment process
Assist in building the Kanda Software brand and help to bring top talents to the company
Deliver qualified candidates to project and business teams, and provide additional information they will need to assess the candidate
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Participate in employer branding events (Tech Talks, job fairs, conferences, etc.)

What You Have

1+ year of experience in recruitment
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment process management (both client- and candidate-facing)
Experience of candidate search techniques like networking, social media, applicant tracking systems, job boards, stackowerflow, github, etc
A deep local market network
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in written form at all levels
