SoftTech is looking for an IT Sales Manager to initiate and manage relationships with software clients abroad.


Your customers will be startups and companies in the USA and Europe. You are expected to be able to carry out written & verbal communications with new customers and over time develop understanding of our software technologies.


It is a perfect job for self-disciplined individuals able to work in close connection with developers and project managers.


You should be ready to work evenings and nights from home: our customers are located in the US and Europe and you will have to communicate to them during their working hours.


You must speak and write English fluently. 


Requirements:

  • Status: full time employee;
  • Fluent English and experience in verbal communication is a must;
  • Preferably at least one year experience in IT sales or digital industry;
  • Knowledge of sales and lead generation process;
  • Analytical and time-management skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize own tasks;
  • Knowledge or experience in freelance Birge (Upwork) would be an advantage. 


Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of software services to clients abroad (direct search, lead generation, work with social networks, etc);
  • Working in Upwork to generate new orders;
  • Agreeing terms, prices, scopes of work, contracts and payments;
  • Understanding your customers’ needs on both business and technical levels;
  • Processing incoming requests;
  • Conducting online/offline meetings with potential clients;
  • Sales reporting and statistics delivery: inquiries, opportunities, meetings, proposals and contracts;
  • Maintenance of the entire sales cycle;
  • Control over customer’s payments on contracts, keeping records of sales interactions.
