We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist who enjoys connecting with engineers, understands the nuances of the tech market, and knows how to start conversations that feel relevant and genuine.


Your Mission

To build strong talent pipelines and meaningful first connections with engineers and specialists who could become part of Mad Devs.

You’ll often be the first point of contact - helping candidates understand who we are, what we build, and why it might be the right place for them.


What You’ll Do

  • Search for Talent Across Platforms: Use LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, job boards, and professional communities to identify relevant candidates for open roles
  • Reach Out with Context: Write personalized, thoughtful messages that reflect both the candidate’s experience and the nature of our projects
  • Start Real Conversations: Engage candidates in a way that feels natural — not transactional — and build initial trust
  • Conduct Initial Screenings (Fast-Check): Hold short calls to understand candidate background, technical exposure, motivation, and expectations
  • Support Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and comfortable throughout the early stages of the process
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Teams: Align on role requirements, share insights from the market, and refine sourcing strategies together
  • Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Keep track of strong candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Keep Data Structured: Maintain clear and organized records in ATS and sourcing tools


Requirements

  • Experience in Sourcing or Recruiting (ideally in tech or IT outsourcing) - 6+ months
  • Understanding of the Tech Market: You are familiar with common roles, stacks, and candidate expectations
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can engage engineers in a clear and respectful way
  • Attention to Detail: You notice relevant signals in profiles and conversations
  • Curiosity and Interest in Technology: You’re motivated to learn about tools, stacks, and engineering culture
  • Consistency and Reliability: You’re comfortable working systematically while improving your approach over time
  • Language Proficiency: English — B2 or higher, Russian — C1 or higher
  • Location: Central Asia
