Our expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when needed
- Experience in analyzing tasks and creating work plans
- Proven ability to work in distributed teams
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Docs
- Skills in creating presentations and writing professional texts
- Ability to write compelling texts in English
- Experience in developing training courses
- Basic video editing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Language Proficiency: English at a B2 level, fluent in Russian
- Desire to develop in the HR field.
- Strong multitasking, punctuality, responsibility, and stress resistance
- Time zone: GMT+3 to GMT+6
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees
- Conducting offboarding procedures and collecting feedback
- Conducting employee training sessions.
- Preparing surveys, presentations, and employee manuals
- Organizing meetings, calls, and preparing announcements or newsletters
- Developing training materials and improving existing HR processes
- Maintaining reports and supporting internal documentation
