To accelerate recruiting, our team is looking for a Junior Human Resource Manager, who can drive IT recruiting research for key technical positions.
💡 Our ideal candidate has:
- Willingness to develop professionally in IT recruiting;
- Experience in search & selection processes,
- High communication skills and sense of empathy;
- High focusing on results;
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Work/internship experience in a recruiting agency/in-house would be an advantage;
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile and/or web development;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information in an intensive manner;
- Research skills;
- English level: B1.
- Russian : Native speaking
🛠Job description:
- Support effective communication within the team as well as with candidates;
- Organizing and conducting phone and video interviews with candidates;
- Sourcing candidates;
- Formatting СVs of candidates;
- Creating an employee database;
- Observing the labor market of the industry and potential competitors;
- Conducting screening and interviewing of candidates;
- Maintaining tasks in Jira.
