We are looking for a motivated Junior Implementation Officer to support the successful deployment and ongoing use of our platform. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementations, effective integrations, and reliable support for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication, who wants to make a visible impact in a growing company. English proficiency at level B1/B2 or higher is required to ensure effective communication with international teams and clients.
What you’ll do:
● Configure and implement our platform to meet customer requirements, including integration with third-party systems.
● Contribute to business analysis during project scoping and implementation.
● Provide end-to-end customer support, from onboarding through ongoing use.
● Act as a key point of contact for customers, translating their needs into platform configurations, and escalating issues or feature requests to the appropriate teams (Engineering, QA, Product).
● Document configurations, processes, and implementation steps.
● Prepare and execute test cases, and support quality assurance of implementations.
● Collaborate in a small, fast-moving team where your contributions have a direct and lasting impact.
What we’re looking for:
● 1-2+ years of experience in implementation, support, or related customer-facing technical roles.
● Hands-on experience with basic development or scripting (JavaScript, SQL, or similar).
● Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and IT fundamentals.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● A collaborative mindset and accountability, with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
Nice to have:
● Exposure to BPMN, process automation, or workflow tools.
● Knowledge of financial services or microfinance/banking domains.
