We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing HR team! If you are passionate about talent acquisition, have an eye for identifying top candidates, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and assisting with hiring skilled professionals across various roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and keep track of hiring progress.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both Russian and English (must-have).
- At least 12 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive personality with a can-do attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
