💼 Responsibilities

Define frontend architecture and best practices.
Lead technical discussions and set coding standards.
Mentor and support a team of frontend engineers.
Work closely with design, backend, and product teams.

✅ What We Expect from You

5+ years of experience in frontend development.
Proven experience leading frontend teams and driving architecture decisions.
Deep expertise in Vue.js 3, React, TypeScript, WebSockets, GraphQL.
Strong experience in performance optimization and scalable frontend design.
Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading developers.
Startup mindset – comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
Experience with version control – Git, GitHub.
High-level English proficiency – excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) are required for collaboration.
Work U.S. hours – availability during core U.S. business hours is required.
