We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-stack Developer to join our team. This position requires more than 5 years of experience in software development, strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Russian.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strong technology leadership to the Engineering team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and overall performance.
• Lead architectural decision-making and technology evaluations to support scalable and efficient solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to evaluate and prioritize features based on business and technical considerations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with REST API design and development.
• Advanced knowledge of React (Expert level).
• Solid understanding of SQL and MySQL databases.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
• Fluency in Russian (mandatory).
