We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy that aligns with the company's overall growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and optimize targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads to the sales team.
• Analyze lead generation metrics to track performance and continuously improve campaigns.
• Research and identify new lead generation opportunities and implement new techniques to increase the number of qualified leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and follow up on leads
• Manage the lead database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Monitor and report on lead generation results to the management team on a regular basis.
Requirements:
• Must have 2+ years' experience in IT sales and lead generation
• Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Ability Solve problem and troubleshoot issues
• Multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
