We are a SaaS business developing a Shared Inbox and Integrations platform for Whatsapp (https://timelines.ail). We work in fully distributed remote mode, without central offices.

We are looking for a manual QA to help us developing a useful and reliable product as efficiently as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:

1) Manual testing of the platform (including planning and maintaining testing scenarios)

2) Assisting our customer support team to analyze technical issues

Our product is tightly integrated with WhatsApp and multiple CRM and automation platforms.

You will need to get to know WhatsApp functionality in intricate details and learn to use multiple CRMs and automation platforms at power user level.

You will have responsibility for end-to-end QA process in a product, including testing on live environment. You will be given authority to introduce improvements to our existing QA methodologies and practices to meet those challenges.

Мeticulous yet creative investigation of problems, common sense in prioritization of issues, accurate and detailed reporting, and amiable teamwork are all crucial to your success with us.
