Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic to the ein-des-ein.com website and social media platforms.
- Optimize website and social media content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for the target audience.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
- Implement lead capture and tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Nurture leads through email marketing campaigns and other lead-nurturing tactics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead conversion strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employer Branding or HR Marketing Manager role.
- Proficiency in website and social media management.
- Strong experience in internal and external communications.
- Excellent SMM (Social Media Marketing) and copywriting skills.
- Experience in working with contractors and external partners.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player.
- Upper intermediate level of English (B2+).
