We are looking for an experienced engineer based in Kygyzstan to join a distributed team from Poland, Bulgaria, and Lithuania. You will become part of a large and long‑term project — a cloud‑based SaaS platform trusted by 13,000+ public‑sector agencies worldwide. The platform supports the entire HR lifecycle and processes large-scale operational data flows. Your work will focus on shaping, transforming, and optimizing these data streams for reporting, analytics, and automation.
The project has existed for 12+ years — stable, mature, and actively evolving with modern AI‑driven capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and deploy high-quality .NET solutions with production-grade reliability
- Own end-to-end development - from business logic implementation to final deployment
- Engage in Agile processes including sprint demos, Scrum ceremonies and innovation workshops
- Contribute to technical planning including project estimations and architectural decisions
- Maintain code excellence through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage
- Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating modern .NET technologies
- Optional leadership: Mentor junior developers and represent our tech at community events
What you bring
- At least 2+ years of practical experience with .NET
- Proficiency in C# (.NET Core & .NET Framework)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of microservices architecture, DDD, and clean code principles
- Experience with TypeScript and Angular
- English level B2 or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers
- Strong desire to improve skills and stay updated on the latest technological advances
