What will need to do:
- Develop the product using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Organize CI/CD processes for seamless automated deployments
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Compare multiple approaches to solving a business problem
- Participate in communications with customers to identify business problems and opportunities to solve them
Our expectations:
- Proficiency in Python programming (4+ years)
- Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level.
- Experience designing and developing APIs (FastAPI preferred)
- Firm knowledge of architecture design patterns
- Proficiency in databases like Postgres and SQL
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
It will be a plus:
- Experience in application of hyperparameter optimization techniques to improve model performance.
- Experience in monitoring production models and implementing processes for automatic model correction based on new data.
- Experience with classic ML and DL (training projects/competitions).
- Experience with Databrix.
- Experience with Code Review.
