IT Team
IT team consists of 80+ professionals across 8 different teams, working with 10+ products. They are cross-functional, self-sufficient, and highly autonomous teams led by supporting and inspirational leaders. You will work in a full-stack team with colleagues like Service support specialists, QAs, Back-End, Front-End, Products owner, and Team lead. Our stable processes will allow you to focus on your tasks and receive as much support as you need. We have varieties of different tasks (bug fixes, refactoring, different integrations, packages, and services creation and much more).
The technology we use:
JavaScript, Mocha, Puppeteer, PostgreSQL, AWS services, Kubernates, CircleCI, GitHub, RabbitMQ, RESTFULL API, Graylog, Grafana and much more.
As a QA Engineer, you will:
- Enforce qualified development processes to verify that products meet the Company’s standards;
- Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to assure product quality and safety;
- Work close with developers to ensure that quality is taken into account in development phase;
- Work with documentation;
- Execute manual and automated test on daily basis;
- Test on mobile and desktop platforms;
- Report non-conformances and/or quality related issues when observed;
- Work with database queries and the ability to create input data and verify data updates;
- Be able to use your previous experience and offer something new - we are open to new ideas.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of professional experience in software and functional testing;
- Good knowledge of theory (basics, methods, types and kinds of testing) and skill to apply them on practice;
- Experience with bug-tracking system (Jira) and documentation systems (Confluence);
- Basic knowledge of SQL commands;
- Experience in UI e2e, API and Contract test development;
- Good English and Russian communication skills: verbal and written;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business;
- Pro-active and solutions-driven, with the ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy, stress resistance;
- Analytical skills, including the ability to understand and reason about complex information;
- Experience of agile methodology and scrum framework;
- Support assist with resolution and reproduction of user software problems.
