Offramp is building a global USD account for emerging markets by combining the best of traditional financial rails and crypto. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms including Alliance DAO, Orange DAO, and have recently raised a pre-Series A round from other tier-1 crypto VC firms.
We’ve entered a high-growth phase, and we’re now seeking Senior Mobile Developers with expertise in React Native and TypeScript to join our growth, core product, and new product divisions. Ideally (although not required), you’ve worked at a high-growth Series A or B tech startup before. Experience in Web3 is a plus, and crypto-native users will have an added advantage.

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure seamless integration between mobile clients and backend services.
- Work on backend interactions, including consuming APIs, managing data flow, and optimizing performance.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure system reliability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, including thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and implementations.
- Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Apply a foundational understanding of how mobile systems are built from the ground up, with a focus on scalable and modular architecture.
- Collaborate on infrastructure planning and deployment to ensure robust and efficient operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top university.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of client-to-server interactions, including REST APIs and WebSocket communication.
- Familiarity with backend systems and architecture; direct experience in React and backend development is a plus.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., DigitalOcean, Azure, or AWS).
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and how to build scalable systems from the ground up.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in fintech and blockchain technology is a plus.
