About the Role
We're a PLG B2B SaaS company looking for someone who lives and breathes automation. You'll build the systems, workflows, and integrations that help our customers succeed at scale — not by hand-holding 30 enterprise accounts, but by creating smart, automated solutions that drive retention and expansion across hundreds of smaller accounts.
What You'll Do
Build & Automate
- Design and build automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier
- Create integration templates and ready-to-use workflow recipes for customers
- Set up automated onboarding sequences, health monitoring, and expansion triggers
- Connect our platform with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks
Technical Customer Enablement
- Troubleshoot integration issues and help customers configure their setups
- Run live sessions to walk customers through complex integrations
- Create documentation, video guides, and templates that scale support
Systems Thinking
- Identify patterns in customer needs and build repeatable solutions
- Work with product/engineering on integration improvements
- Own the technical side of customer lifecycle automation
Requirements
Must Have:
- 2-4 years working hands-on with no-code automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier)
- Real experience building workflows — not just "familiar with"
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how systems connect
- Strong English communication — you'll regularly be on calls with customers
- Experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech environment
Big Plus:
- Background in marketing automation (Intercom, Customer.io, Segment)
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Previous work building customer-facing automation templates or integrations

- You prefer relationship management over building systems
- You haven't actually built automation workflows yourself
