As part of our growth, we are expanding our project management organization and are seeking an experienced Observability Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise platforms.
The Observability Project Manager owns the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise observability initiatives across infrastructure, network, and application environments. This role ensures that monitoring, alerting, and analytics solutions align with system reliability, performance, and operational objectives.
You will work closely with platform engineers, SREs, network teams, and business stakeholders to standardize observability practices and deliver high-quality metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting pipelines. The role requires strong technical fluency, structured execution, and the ability to drive alignment across highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of observability initiatives across infrastructure, application, and network layers
- Define observability roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business and reliability goals
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, execution, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting systems
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear execution plans and delivery timelines
- Partner with SRE, platform, and network teams to standardize observability practices across regions
- Ensure solutions meet reliability, scalability, and operational readiness standards
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal leadership and enterprise clients

- Network observability platforms
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in software or technology environments
- Strong technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Expert-level experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- Previous hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams across time zones
- Client-facing consulting or professional services background
- Experience in restaurant or retail technology domains
