We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Product Manager to join our team in the Operations Support Systems (OSS) domain within the ever-evolving telecommunications industry. This role spans the entire product lifecycle, including business development, pre-sales, delivery, and post-production support.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with existing and potential clients to address product-related issues and understand their expectations.
- Work closely with the development team to provide timely solutions and actionable insights.
- Incorporate client feedback and market insights into the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration
- Develop and deliver engaging pre-sales materials, including product roadmaps and updates for client meetings.
- Facilitate client sessions to showcase product capabilities and gather actionable feedback.
- Translate technical product features into clear, client-friendly language to enhance understanding and alignment.
Product Development Collaboration
- Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features and updates.
- Contribute to responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and define product requirements to develop new features or enhance existing ones.
- Interpret client business needs and translate them into actionable product insights for the development team.
Market Analysis and Positioning
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure alignment with industry trends and effective product positioning.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, including monitoring updates from relevant Standard Development Organizations (SDOs).
- Communicate the product roadmap to sales and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and gain market share.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in OSS domain, particularly service orchestration and activation, network and cloud automation, resource inventory, service and network assurance.
- Familiarity with modern telecommunication technologies
- Proven success in client-facing roles, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
