The purpose and function of the role is to provide Product team and the company with high-quality data and make sure this data is understood and interpreted correctly.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics
- Proficient in database software - PostgreSQL, able to write complex queries, proficient in data analytics tools - MixPanel, Amplitude
- Fluent English (C1)
- Experience working with both event-based Product analytics and BI
- Knowledge of data-driven product development - HADI cycles, Lean methodology or others
- Worked with/ have great understanding of subscription based products and major metrics
- Good with simple math, statistics and numbers in general
- You like data and spending hours researching datasets
- Clear and structured communication
Nice to have:
- Predictive analytics experience
- Python knowledge
- Experience working with high-load systems and large datasets
Responsibilities:
- Data gathering administration:
- Identify the events that we need to track based on metrics
- Structure/administrate/document events so that Product team (and other teams) can understand them
- Create tasks for dev team to add new events/refine existing events
- Do regular quality checks to make sure events are calculated properly
- Do regular checks on existing charts/metrics to make sure they are calculated properly
- Experiment assistance:
- Help product teams to design experiments and define success metrics
- Support in organizing the structure and product analytics processes to best support the product teams
- Generate new ideas for how to leverage the data we have to drive business performance
- Establish a self-service analytics culture within the domain and the respective product teams through coaching, data and tool expertise
- Promote a data-driven culture among the company
- Data analysis:
- Provide advanced analyses to prioritize, frame and drive the projects
- Perform analyses and build monitoring dashboards on projects impact
- Suggest hypotheses based on our data
