We are rapidly growing, and now we are looking for a Project Manager to join a dedicated team.
Required skills:- The experience working as a project manager in IT for 1.5 years.
- Work experience in outsourcing companies.
- Understanding and experience using IT project management frameworks (Scrum/Scrum ban/Kanban).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the development process.
- Define, estimate, and schedule project work to achieve business goals.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage project execution.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder management through effective communication.
- Coordinate development teams and their leads.
- Support the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects (Customer
- Communications, Requirements Analysis, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)
- Manage project risks.
- Monitor task fulfillment on time and report to management and customers.
- Project Documentation Management.
- Project Quality Assurance and Quality Management.
- Prepare new bids (technical and commercial proposals for new projects).
- Conversational level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Plan projects, resources, and budgets.
- Create project teams.
- Organize all stages of the SDLC.
- Manage project risks.
- Monitor, and analyze quantitative and qualitative project metrics and promptly make managerial decisions.
