📍 Location: Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.
🔦 Responsibilities:
-efficiently manage and track tasks across different non-IT departments;
-ensure timely completion of tasks and address any blockers hindering progress;
-collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive project roadmaps;
-improve Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies across all departments;
-conduct regular Product Backlog grooming sessions to refine and prioritize tasks;
-collect timely updates on task progress and identify any potential blockers;
-communicate effectively with team members to ensure the smooth flow of information;
-manage documentation for meetings, ensuring that agendas, minutes, and action items are recorded and shared promptly.
🔎 Requirements:
-advanced English;
-strong foundational knowledge of Project Management, Requirement Gathering and Documentation;
-strong organizational and multitasking skills;
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;
-eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
-currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (not obligatory).
