# **What You'll Be Doing**
- Gathering and detailing requirements while keeping our product backlog in check;
- Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
- Crafting comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Allocating resources efficiently to ensure top team performance;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying, and addressing issues or risks proactively;
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle;
- Keeping clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
# **What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager;
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience managing complex projects;
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to plan and manage work independently;
- Initiative and a goal-oriented mindset;
- Strategic thinker with a knack for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
