We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Bishkek office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
